Strix 7.1 Headset Not Working : Need Help

I've had my STRIX 7.1 headset for awhile now and it's worked perfectly fine. After I built my PC and switched from my laptop the mic quality degraded and so I decided to update the drivers to the ones on the Asus site. After doing this the device stopped working. The lights will not turn on and I can't hear any audio however Windows shows that the device is fine and outputting the audio. I reverted the drivers back to the previous state and the device did not return to working. It still does not light up or output audio even though Windows shows it does. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
