a good computer for animation

Can someone recommend me a computer that is great with animation and games( like Overwatch )?

Particularly, a computer that is good for SFM and other animation programs?

Budget: $600 Location: Illinois

At that budget, its extremely hard to get any serious work done.

 

Altough it is possible to have a modest computer at such low pricepoint.

According to this thread, the program is 32-bit based still so an older CPU/GPU could to the work. Ever considered a re-used Xeon and a 1060 or 480 as potential parts?

If you're planning to buy them anyway, it makes more sense to plan it as a whole with a total budget instead of needlessly segregating the discussion.
