350D is my choice.

 

I have a 900D and I got a 350D for free and it's a solid little case with great features. Not much HDD support though..

I use a Cooler Master N200 and i'm realy happy with it. The only thing you have to look out for is that you don't have that much space behind the motherboard tray to do cable management.
Be sure to have a PSU with flat cables otherwise you'll have to route the 24 pin in front of the motherboard tray.

I love my Fractal Design Define Mini. It's quiet, has plenty of cooling, great cable management, and room for a radiator if you want to water cool.
