Jump to content

Try to straighten it manually as best you can, then hang it off something so it doesn't touch the ground. This will help the cable relax and become trained to be straight again. You can also add some small weight to the bottom of the hanging cable too. (I've done something similar and hung it off a closet door.)

 

I have the same headset, and while it hasn't gotten as bad as what you have, my cable is starting to do the same thing. It's from the cable getting twisted when you remove and replace the headset on your head, and it gets trained in that twisted state.
