Double image Acer XB271HU

Hey guys , I need your help . I recently purchased an Acer XB271HU monitor and everything seems fine , but this morning when I was playing overwatch I noticed this .

First picture is how it supposed to look like , second picture is when I move my mouse . As you can see there's left over trail . I couldn't get a better image as it was recorded on my phone with the slow motion function as bandicam was not able to pick up . Can anyone tell me if its normal or is my GPU / Monitor having some sort of issue ? I recently changed the colours , contrast and saturation etc . Anyway the monitor is running 165Hz so it shouldn't be doing this right ?
