Best $1000 monitor

Hello,

I've got 1000$/€ to spend on a monitor. I'm a college student, I don't really game. I'm considering both ultrawide and UHD.
Is there an ultrawide with USB-c? (not the 38" LG one, slightly big and out of budget)
Would love to get USB-C on the monitor since I work on my laptop and when i get a new one it will have USB-C so its a convenience factor..
