I im trying to find a fairly cheap mother board that can support the I5 6500 i currently have and that can support the 6600k whenever i can upgrade. every time i look there are these 100$ motherboards but i dont know if they are worth it or i should get the cheapest atx board i can find (75$)

If you're going to upgrade to a 6600K/7600K later you'll want a Z170 chipset board if you're going to be overclocking. If you won't be OC:ing, then yes, you could essentially get the cheapest compatible board you can find from a reputable manufacturer (e.g. Asus, Asrock, Gigabyte, MSI, etc.)
