Case Mounted 3.5in hotswap bay?

Hi, I am low on SATA ports on my mobo, but want to get a hotswap bay for the front of my case.  I'm looking for something with room for 4 to 5 drives and fits in 2-4 5.25 inch bays.  My two favorites so far are the Rosewill RSV-SATA-Cage-34, and the Icy Dock MB975SP.  I need a pci or pcie card that would give me 4-5 extra sata cables.  Any suggestions for the card or the hotswap bay?  I'm trying to keep the costs down.  If it helps, my case is a CM Storm Trooper.

The Rosewill one looks like your best option, most of the others are just single drive units. Hot swap will only work if the SATA controller on the host supports it. Host as in the sata card you buy or your motherboard. If hotswap is actually working then under the usb eject icon, it will list your SATA drives.

Ok, the Icy Dock supports 5 drives but it is something like 20 bucks more on newegg.  Any suggestions for an inexpensive SATA card that supports 4 sata ports?
