Automatic scheduled shutdown windows 10

My work place recently invested in 4 gaming computers. i have tried to create a windows event that automaticly shuts down the computer, but i failed. do anyone have an idea how i can achive the following below:

 

Monday:
21:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

22:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

Thuesday

21:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

22:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

Wendsay

21:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

22:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

Thursday

12:40 a msg will popup with a countdown saying the computer will shutdown in 15 minutes

12:55 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 14:30

21:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

22:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

Friday

23:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

24:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

Saturday

23:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

24:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

Sunday

21:45 a msg will popup with a countdown saying that the computer will shut down in 15 minutes

22:00 the computer shuts down and will not be available before 05:00

 

it is importent that the students cant bypass it. the computers was bought so they could game in there sparetime (they live at the school) however we face a problem where they game to late at night and game at times where they should not. i know some computer stuff but i feel that this task is way over my head. so do anyone have an idea how i can fix my problem?

Have you tried using the parental controls built into windows 10? It should be under screen time settings.

Wont happen with shutdown commands, can be easily bypassed.

 

User account control will influence them to bypass that with SAM editors and you are back to square one.

Stop being a killjoy and just let them game.

i wish i could let them game however they individualy have some problems like autism and other stuff that do so they cant controll when its time to game and when it isent.
