As content creators for a large scale business with over 100 employees, buying great computers for every single person, is really expensive. Recently I did this post:

And you guys really helped me out. Now, I want to (with unRAID) have a "5 gamers one CPU" type thing except each VM would go to one of my editors. PCPP lists anyone?

how are you planning on getting everyone their one monitor,keyboard, general input/output devices?   Im assuming you don't plan on having this computer in the middle of the room like what Linus did?

I was thinking maybe a 10 PCI slot board, 5 GPU's, 5 Thunderbolt cards and run Thuderbolt 3 to elgato hubs. 

EDIT: Maybe not 10 slots, just an example.

there is not a whole lot of motherboard with 10 pci-e lanes =(

I mean there are these asus workstation boards, but they only have 8 slots link

You could get one of these and get some supermicro thunderbolt cards (although I'm not sure that board support thunderbolt). It has Dual 10Gbit Ethernet and 10 PCIe slots so you should be fine. Also 2 sockets, 24 dimm slots and 24 hot swap 2.5" bays in the front (maybe a tad overkill but the only system with 10 pcie slots that i know of).
