Need help with website ASAP

A friend on mine has a website but he dosent like it so its my job to make a new one i have some finnised sites  but how to import them what program or services do i need he purchased domain and hosting 

Please do help the brother out i know its a noob question

you'll need access to his web server you'll have to either get the info from it from his old web admin or from him or youll have to buy a web host but who you get depends on where the intended customer base is and how much storage you need

1. get rid of the flash requirement on the website. it will not play nice with all devices

2. get a content management system. try wordpress or drupal or silver stripe

im pretty sure thats the old website hes trying to get rid of also a cms is kinda overkill for what they need

I want yo remove the site and keep the domain and load up a new site
