Question on compatibility

Hey guys, sorry if I'm in the wrong subsection for this, brand new to this site. 

 

I currently have a pre built PC I got from Fry's in 2013, pretty unique pc, I tried searching for it online and got nothing. Here are some specs: 

 

Motherboard -  cm6330_cm6630_cm6730_cm6830_m11aa  (exactly what its called)

CPU - Intel core i5 3350p

RAM - DDR3 6gb (2 sticks) 

GPU - AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series

OS - Windows 7 (was windows 8 originally)

 

The graphics card is really bad so I've been looking for an upgrade that would be compatible with the motherboard and that's relatively cheap. What I am not sure on is if new hardware will work properly on this motherboard. So I'm curious if I'm able to upgrade the GPU. I've been looking around and stumbled on this.

If anyone could help me out on finding out if I can go through with the upgrade, it would be greatly appreciated. Is this a laptop? IF so, you can't really upgrade it. The 7400"M" series indicates a mobile chip but the CPU is a desktop chip.

Any branding on the casing or even a model number to work by?

From the looks, yes, you should be able to add a GPU, however, Bottlenecks and power supply wattage might be a problem.
