NuVision Not Charging Right??

so i just got this tablet today. i really like it so far but it doesnt seem to charge right once it gets to 95% the LED will start flashing and it will go from charging to "not charging" to charging again. i made i video showing whats going on and all the stuff i did. 

after the video i got this

 

 

then i got this about 5-10 sec later

 

 

then this a few sec after.

 

 

it keeps doing this and idk why.

seems to my it's trickle charging. Does it ever go above 95%?

idk but i just ran it dead.

so i let it charge for 10 hours. when u got up the tablets LED was off but when i turned it on the LED started doing its flashing thing again. it was only charged to 90% not 100%

update i got it to go to 97% it says 11 mins until its fully charged

so i take it this is someone no one has ever seen before? no one seems to want to help me...

i made other video of me going into the BIOS. it could be something in there making this not charge right, idk.
