New rig / upgrade old

Hi, im helping my friend building a new rig/ upgrade the old one. he is willing to spend 7000dkk =989.84 US$. The only things that can be used from the one he has now is his HDD and SSD, they are only a year so no reason to replace them. He use it for playing Overwatch, League, Counter Strike, Minecraft... not really the most demanding games. He is playing on a 60Hz 1080p monitor. I live in Denmark so the prices are very different so if you want too see what the things cost in Denmark then  komplett.dk  would be a good place to find them because thats probably where im going to buy them.
