Water cooler & case

Hi! I want to get a new water cooler and case. I am going to upgrade to a i5-6600K and get a mATX mobo and probably a new case. I also travel to my home country for 2 months at a time every year, and I want to take my PC too. I have chosen the H60 as my cooler, but since planes don't allow water on their planes (I believe 100ml containers), so I'm not too sure about the availability of the water cooler transport. If not possible, I will change to a decent air cooler like the Cooler master Hyper 212 evo or something like that. I also would like a small pc case that will fit in either my backpack(which is huge), or a small carry-on. I am planning for an mATX mobo, because I don't want it to be too big, or too small like an ITX. Carrying peripherals are a problem too, so can someone tell me if I can carry my 27 in monitor, corsair strafe, and g303 along with a mATX pc on a plane? Thanks!

 

P. S. I can always buy a new monitor @ my home country.

Take cooler off and put it into cargo hold for the flight. And if you are unsure about having it installed, contact airline and ask them for details. Or airport you are traveling from.
