RX 480 or 470

I'm doing my first build and I am considering an 8 gb rx 480. Should I go with a 8 gb 470 and spend the saved money elsewhere, or should I stick with the 480

If you can afford a 480 go with that! the performance margin far outweigh the money spent!

What CPU? Power supply? How much do you have allocated for a GPU?
