Programs appear on my secondary monitor

Hello everyone.

I just got a second monitor for my setup. I have changed my default monitor to the desired one but programs still insist on opening on my secondary. How do I fix this?

For some I believe you open it move it to the desired monitor, close it. Reopen it and it should be on the correct one. Not for all applications tho.

 

Display Fusion may have a function for this as well....
