windows 8.1 Weird copy buffering

Hello guys, i hope if you could help me here about my copying files from pc to usb, it has weird buffering, like it goes from 15 mb/s and stays like 2-3 seconds and drops to 0 kb/s for one second, and then the process repeats trough whole copying process, any ideas?Should i try to revert windows to original state?

PS. It didn't happen before, soo it could be virus? cause i have been transfering files from my friends pc. I don't know, never happened to me on fresh installs on windows.

copyjobs highly depend on the number of files and their size. how many files and whats their size do you try to copy?

i.e.: 10.000 files with 10KB each will take much longer to copy than 1 file with 100.000 KB.

Its most likely because of USB port speeds. Idk further, but also having single big files will cause random drops in speed.

No, its same on every type of file, tried 2GB movie and then tried 10.000 files and same story.
