Headphones for sleeping?

Any headphones or IEMs to wear in bed or you can fall asleep while using?

Or something you can forget you are wearing?

Great sound quality is a plus.

Any suggestions?

basicly any IEM? Linus sais he sleeps with his ie80's but those are $180

I personally feel uncomfortable with anything in my ears if I turn on my side. 

 

Do you only sleep on your back ?

I don't recommend it. It could pose health issues such as ear infections if you do it on a regular basis.

 

Aside from that, falling asleep wearing headphones is extremely hard on them, particularly the cables.

Ear plugs if its a noise thing?

I have cIEMs and I can't sleep on my side with them in.  I can tolerate it when awake but it's not comfortable.  I wore earplugs when I was in college, worked fine.  Use ones that are a slow-gently expanding foam and not the bright orange/burple/yellow ones that expand too aggressively.
