Warrenty sticker

I am about to repair my xbox one controller, how do I take the warrenty sticker off with out it breaking?

You don't. The whole point of warranty stickers is to not be taken off. They are supposed to indicate, that the warranty has been voided by opening the device

Replacing the thumbsticks

Yeah your warranty is already void then (doubt they are going to honor you dog eating it), just take the sticker off and replace the thumb sticks.

If you're going to disassemble it and do repairs yourself, why do you even care about the warranty?
