Gtx 660ti

What is your budget willing to spend on a new gpu? I don't really see the point in going from a 650 up a few steps to a 660ti unless you don't have much of a budget to work with.

650 to a 660Ti is actually a pretty substantial jump.

I would wait to get something a bit higher than a 660 ti if you are coming from a 650. Save up for a 770 / 280x or something of that range 

 i7 2600k , XFX R9 270x  , Corsair cx 500 ,  asrock z77 extreme 3 , 8 gb ripjaws x 1600 , 1 tb WD blue, Cooler master Haf 912

I have $200 to spend I just thaught it would be a decent buy

Which is why I asked him for budget. If his budget was for example 300 then there are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better choices out there today.
