So I went in my PC the other day to tidy up some cable management and I went to unplug the USB 3.0 header and it wouldn't budge. So, I applied a bit more force and it came off, however with a few broken off pins and bent ones. My front USB ports will not work and I don't know how to fix this. Any advice or comments are appreciated thank you!

Do you have a photo of the connector? From the sounds of things if many pins are broken off completely the only other options would be to solder on a new USB 3.0 connector to the motherboard.

Yes, I do have a photo and as you can see the bottom left pin is broken off and the other pin is bent...

OK that looks potentially salvageable, if you can very carefully straighten that bottom pin with some needle nose pliers that would be a good start. If you still have the plastic housing you can carefully press it back on onto the pins (mind the orientation of the housing) and put the connector back on.

Alright, I'll try it! And luckily yes I do have the broken pin

unbend that pin put  the plastic of the usb header maybe only one usb will work

Are any of the pins broken off completely, check to make sure the solder joints to the PCB are still sounds and not cracked. If not try re-seat the connector being sure it  goes all the way down.

so I unbend the pin and stuck the header back on but the front 3.0 USBs dont work neither do the back 3.0's. I guess the broken off pin affected it too much, anymore suggestions?

Is the header oriented correctly when you re-installed the plastic housing since it is keyed.

Could you explain that a bit?

The header is keyed so the connector can only go in one way when you reinstalled the plastic housing that got pulled off be sure that it is oriented as it was originally:
