PC for around $1000

PC Build for around $1000

 

So I have decided to build a PC for around $1000. I am trying to include monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc in there too. If not it is fine but I don't want the PC to be overly expensive. The price has to include fans.  I am steering towards AMD for cpu's so I was thinking a fx8350 or fx8320. I have no idea what my graphics card is going to be though. The gtx 660 looks and so does the r9 280x but it costs $200+. Any build ideas?

So, the three suggestions I looked at all had motherboards for more than $100. I don't know why you need to spend that much money on a motherboard. Is it for performance or extra features or just looks cools? I also need good:cheap fans.

 

I think the Rosewill case will be fine for me since pcpartpicker didn't show me any notifications saying the parts weren't compatible. 

 

I need the OS too

The system will fit fine but it could be better.
