I have upgraded the case and graphics card. I need recommendations for what to do next. I want to upgrade the CPU but I have to upgrade the motherboard because the motherboard BIOS is locked to the CPU i have. The prebuilt I bought is an ASUS M11AD and I put a msi gtx 1050 gaming x 2g. The CPU it came with is an I5 4440s. What should I upgrade after the PSU?

EDIT: THe mobo can only support the CPU I have now. So should I upgrade the motherboard to LGA 1150, keep my existing I5, then upgrade to something like a 4770k? Or should I upgrade to a Z270 mobo and get an I5 for that? THis is the LGA 1150 Mobo I was thinking of getting:

Is it compatible with the build I have now, and will it have a USB 3.0 header for my case (unlike my existing mobo)

THis is my CASE:

The PSU is likely fine, I imagine it is made by delta and would probably be about 300W. If you want to upgrade it, what psu are you thinking about getting?

Add an SSD in there if you don't have one already.

I already did that. Thanks for the suggestion though

It is 300 watt, but I want to overclock, so wouldn't I need a larger one to acomadate for more power draw? This is the PSU I was thinking of getting:

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CX500-Supply-Bronze-Certified/dp/B0092ML0MY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485262818&sr=8-1&keywords=Corsair+500+watt+PSU

Also I found that the motherboard is locked down to that specific CPU. Updated the thread because of this new info that I found out.

300W is more than enough for a 1050 and a i5 4440s.

If you really want to upgrade the PSU, get this instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/fZyFf7/

I know it is enough for what I have now, but for upgrading to an overclockable CPU would mean more power, and overvolting would need yet more power.,

Well, you cannot overclock on your ASUS prebuilt motherboard even if you have an unlocked cpu, and it is not with replacing your CPU (or motherboard), spend more money on the GPU and get a RX 480, also get a nice 250GB SSD like a SK Hynix SL308, that Seasonic PSU I linked is also recommended I guess if you get a beefier GPU like the RX 480.

Ok. Thx for the help, but if i did upgrade to the mobo linked in the edit of the origional post, would my CPU work with it?
