Trojan virus keeps popping back up

Alrighty....I'm an idiot so I managed to get a trojan virus in my PC that keeps on reappearing even after Malware Bytes removing it as well as Windows Defender. Anyone got any ideas as to how I can remove this annoying thing that keeps on causing Windows Defender to say "removing some malware." I've tried the offline windows defender as well

Clicking on remove doesnt do shit since it just keeps on popping back

There really isn't a good way to remove these I suggest resetting your entire PC and then getting a decent aniti-virus

It's most likely hiding in system restore, and is restoring itself every time it is removed.

 

I would suggest the rather be safe then sorry approach to removing this and just nuke the whole OS install and start from scratch.
