YouTube notification

I get notications from inbox therapy even though I am not subscribed to his channel this isn't the first time this has happened and I was wondering if anyone knew how to stop it from happening.

Youtube usually sends notifications sometimes if they notice you have beeing watching a YouTuber's vids often if you see their vid on your home page or trending just click the "don't show this video" (I am pretty sure that is what it says) then click tell us why and hit not interested in the channel.
