Bind Shift + Click to Razer Mamba.

So I am starting to play with some 3D modeling tools and often in them the right click and drag will change camera angle and Shift + right click and drag will pan.  

 

So i though i would assign SHIFT + Right Click to one of the side buttons on my mouse (Razer Mamba).

 

Thoughts on how to do this.  it can very easily so this with multiple key but not with a mouse.  

 

i have tried with macros but i just cycles through the commands.  I cant hold it and drag.

OK figure it out.  I had no delay in my macro.  As soon as I added a delay and set the item to play while pressed it now works.  sorry for the post I was going to delete but I figure someone my need to know.
