Hi i been saving for arround 2 years and i have a $1000-$1200 budget ( I need a monitor too )

I will be playing csgo, overwatch,lol, the withcer, gta, etc . And i want to know if it will run that king of games at high settings.

Any recomendation or suggestion will be apreciated.
