How do you even manage to use your pc with such temps?

I would be more concerned about you living in that ambient temp than your PC. 

 

Solid state components should be okay, but mechanical components like hard drives can have more issues at low temps. I would actually advise keeping the system running in that temp to keep it warm (both the PC and the room)

agreed I would also worry about any liquid cooling.

That temp is in my room because really baaaad weather, it is temporary (a couple of days) until I move computer to the other room. Also yesterday my electric heater broke down, that is also the reason of that temperature. So it will work fine, I need only to transer some files until I move computer to another place. I am curious, what is minimal working temp for hdd?
