Am I save to overclock?

I've never oc my cpu because I'm afraid the temperature will go crazy and something bad happen.

 

I'm using FX-8350 on gigabyte 970a-UD3 cooled by Cooler Master Gemini II.

The average temperature is about 33-37 on idle with 21-26 C ambient temperature.

 

Am I save to oc this? I've seen many results of people ocing this cpu with water cooler and still getting a pretty high temperature.

Yes your temps are very good, OC it, bit by bit.

I got to 4.6Ghz with the same chip and similar Mobo however using a H100i but was pushing the voltage a bit much so I stopped there hope you get some good results remember to run prime 95 for at least 6 hours when you think you have hit a good OC.

The idle temps arent really the thing that limits your oc potential. you should check the temps after a few minutes of Prime95. If they are ~60-70°C you cant really do much.
