Instagram stopps

Hello!

Today when i went to instagram on my phone it suddenly shut down and then it said instagram stopped. I have reset all my setting i have uninstalled the app i have restart my phone and even tried to log in with my account on a other device but it didnt work i didnt get the message about instagram stopped but it only shut down. Plz help what causing this problem
