Audio problem driver

So, my motherboard is Asus Z170 Pro Gaming. Before of this, I had a Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3. On the gigabyte MOBO, I had the possibility to change what a jack slot does. If I wanted to connect 5 headphones, I could do this. On this motherboard, I can get spekears or heaphones only from green slot, witch sucks, because I have speakers and also heaphones. I can't connect the heaphones on the front panel because I get noise. Any chance to connect both speaker and headphones in the rear panel ? Sorry for my bad explenation, my english is bad.
