Hi guys, I noticed this problem a few months ago but it only appeared when playing rocket league because the fans don't turn on whereas playing Titanfall 2, the fans turn on so temperatures are kept under control.

I use MSI Gaming App software and with zero frozr turned off the problem goes away but my GPU fans stayed ramped up to 100% even at 50 degrees.

My specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo 43.1 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 480 8GB GAMING X Video Card
Power Supply: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Only time ive had the pc shut off was due to a poor "700" watt psu. Wouldn't crash with stock clocks on the gpu and cpu.
