Hey guys,

I searched the internet a long way and I came to no result.

Knowing that this is not a hackintosh forum I already posted a thread on tonymacx86 but there nobody new a bloody thing.

I want to have a PCIe based ssd inside a hackintosh for boot as the speed of these gnarly things is pathetic compared to the SATA 3 alternatives.

Now as the ASUS ROG RAIDR is a PCIe based SSD, looks completely baller, performs well, is not all that expensive AND is claimed to work as a driverless ACHI device with full TRIM support, I thought that could be it.

But the tech data list compatibility only for Windows, not even for linux.

If it is driverless it should work, as there are already mac-compatible ssds like the one from anglebird or OWC but they only support one of these in a PC and I would like to have two (one for osx, one for windows) in a system.

Does anybody know anything on that topic?
