Probably the same as you got answered before. 

 

60C is the maximum you want it, and not for an extended period. Below 50C is "safe" and between 25-40C is ideal. You don't want it to be below 0C for obvious reasons, so probably 10C - 50C is "safe" for longer periods of time.
