Newegg's i7 7700k New?

Maybe I'm being a little paranoid here and this is because I always order from Amazon and I know this is a stupid question, but the i7 7700k that Newegg is selling ships in brand new condition right?

 

I'm still unfamiliar with Newegg so when I ordered my i7 7700k from there, I had no idea where to look to check the condition of the item and I still can't find it. I'm just afraid of it being manufacturer refurbished or a demo model, etc.

How would there be any other kind of 7700K? it just came out lol...

 

And for future reference newegg only sells new or refurbished so if you can't find "refurbished" anywhere you can assume it's new.

Thanks! I went all out this time, coming from a FX-6300/HD 7870 so this should be.....mind blowing.
