This is on craigslist for $800, is it worth it? How much would you pay for it?

not worth $800, GPU/CPU is old case is fugly

It would be good, but not for that price, 2600k is still a boss

PC: Corsair C70 Arctic, FX 9370, Corsair H80i, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, Corsair Vengence 16gb, Palit JetStream GTX 970, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb and Western Digital Blue 1Tb + 500gb, Antec Gamer 520w

Peripherals: Logitech G19 and SteelSeries Sensei RAW

Toshiba L50-A: i7 4700mq, 8gb, 1TB HDD, GT 740M 2gb

well 800 isn't necessarily far off, the card is a little old but can be flashed to a 6970, the 2600k isn't bad either, the parts are just a bit outdated.

cooler is meh, MB is not described, HD is laughable, the PSU is meh, and I can't stress enough how ugly that case is and the fact that he seemed to have paired a 200$+ case with a 80$ PSU and some crud OEM HDD.

It's worth around 800 ish I guess but I would not pay more than

600$

How much is that case originally?

The case is still about $200 but it's so ugly, I wouldn't buy that myself even if it had a different case but if I had to say the absolute highest i would pay is about $475 I really don't trust CL when it comes to hardware.
