Yes so my suggestion would be to download the iso then you can burn the iso to a disk or more simply get a 8GB or greater flash drive and make it bootable using rufus (https://rufus.akeo.ie). Then just pop it into a usb port on the new computers motherboard and boot from the drive. easy as 1 2 3.

Go to Microsofts website and buy a key online. Then you can download the iso through their website.
