Windows 10 error: error code 0xc004c003

I am setting up a computer for my friend. We bought windows 10 from playasia and a couple months ago we set it up and activated windows. We left the computer alone until recently when he wanted to you use it. Now we are greeted with the message that windows is not activated. I go to the activation page and it says we have the error code 0xc004c003. Strange enough, I restarted the computer and the error went away so I thought it was all good. Today, I started it up again to get the same error. I promptly restarted the computer afterwards and the error went away. I am not sure what is going on here.

I have taken a look at that already. I was wondering what was going on since the error goes away after a restart?

Its a wrong product key.
