Share Steam Games?

is there an option to game share with your friends on steam? anyway for me to get lets say black ops 3 and play with my friends. i know that you can family share but if you do that you can't both play at the same time so..

This is a guess but probably not.

It would mean one person can buy the game, and then multiple play it at once. Now bare in mind Steam are a business, see the problem there?

No, you can not do that. You and each of your friends need their own copy to play all at once.

Nope. You can't do that. If you can't play together Family share then what are the chances that you can share it with your friends and play at the same time?

My friend and I played a game that only I had. I was't connected to steam. 

You should be able to play in LAN against/with your friends.
