Usb problems

So yesterday I booted up my pc and to my surprise neither my mouse nor keyboard booted up.. long story short I narrowed the issue down to my USB slots not working I have around 6 in my case and only the back 3.1 header works. Plugging in my keyboard makes it light up so I know they are not dead but the system just won't recognize anything  I plug in. I can access the bios but can't do anything so going to devices manager etc is impossible. I'm pretty sure the error stems from last night when I plugged in my iPhone to my pc and it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Any reply's would be really helpfully just want to get this thing going again thanks

Do you maybe have an PS/2 keyboard laying around?

yes actually able to use my mouse and just booted in using a old keyboard what next?

You could try to reinstall your USB drivers.

Have tried but not sure which to do i know my xHCI compliant host controller has error code 10 and cant fix it
