making a clickable menu

Can anyone help me make a menu similar to the one on https://bert.house/en/? I can't figure out how.

I'm probably spent more than 30 min on the internet, I found a guide on w3 schools. But I don't know how to make the menu go fullscreen when you click it.

It's jQuery most probably.

When you click the menu it makes a container visible, displaying an animation.

Why would you want a menu fullscreen? it's horrible for users.
