So our PC at work has been at 100% usage causing boot times to be really slow. The pc is an all in one and here is what i have tried. Mostly CMD commands

net.exe stop "Windows search"
net.exe stop superfetch

I cant remember the third thing i had tried (i cant find the thread online). what i have done has now made the disk usage at 100% on startup and a couple minutes after it will be signiicantly less.however upon opening another program the disk usage will once again jump to 100% and stay that way for a couple of minutes. according to task manager nothing is has shown over 3.4 MB/s in usage so i dont know what could be causing this.

Download CrystalDiskInfo. It may show a bad sector on the HDD.
