Budget CPU

Basically, I'm looking for a CPU. I'm trying to pick a CPU that is good and I can afford.

My budget for the CPU/Mobo is $250 combined. The graphics card I have is a EVGA gtx 1050 4gb sc.

Any advice would be appreciated

You should be able to get i5 6400 and cheap motherboard for that price
