Operation Arrowhead?

What other modes can i play with operation arrowhead than DayZ? Do i need other versions like vanilla arma 2 as well? For 4€ it seems like a bargain but im not sure if Theres much more to it than DayZ mod etc.?

Its a great game, to play the dayz mod you actually need arma 2 combined operations, which is arma 2 and arma 2 operation arrowhead together.
