shadowplay help.

Guys whenever i stream using shadowplay it destroys my wifi, like pummels it through the floor, my speed's are 75 down and 5 up, can someone recommend settings for me to use on it. Thanks

Have you tried other streaming software? Also try wired, if you don't have an Ethernet cable buy a cheap one. Also, 5up seems a little low for streaming to me, although I'm no streamer myself so I may be wrong.

Do what everyone else does and just turn down your settings.

 

What are you trying to stream at? You should probably be doing 720p at about the "20" on the bit rate slider.

wired won't be any different i'm getting the max virgin media are willing to give for the package i'm on, and what streaming software ? i tried obs but it's so fucking awkward to get it to stream to youtube

i'm trying 720p and 6 and it gives me like 300 fps in any online games

You need to stream at 720p, 30fps and a mid-to-low bitrate.

You don't have enough upload speed to have a consistent and lag-free stream for 60fps.

I think it has to do with the quality of the connection too. So wired will in some way make a difference, it always does..

You say you're with virgin, I just moved from those fuckers, wouldn't sort my over utilization out, happening since march 2014.
When I was with them though I was getting 11up and for those few times I streamed to twitch and youtube, I experienced no lag in game.

Also, I never answered your other question, yeah obs is what I had in mind. I know it's a pain, but even if you can just get it set up enough to just try it out, nothing fancy, just see how the ping goes etc.

May I ask what package you have with them? Although They was dicks regarding the overutilization, they was always happy to give me a better deal etc, may be worth you phoning up.
