Binary Options - Some Input regarding this

I started to look into it after my dad was looking at some scam and I wanted to verify if it was actually one (It turned out it was) Anywho, is it a good idea for a zero clue person like me to do some investing? 

 

After lot of googling and going through scams after scams, I come to find this site which seems to be real but I got no idea at this point. There are just so many scams one after another...

http://www.binaryoptions.net/ - which recommended me this "anyoption" which I googled into and seems to be real* and has a app in the appstore (It seems it's the only broker taking investors from Saudi arabia.

 

Anywho, is this actually viable? I am pretty much lost and haven't even heard of this little sharemarket like thing before
