Will Gigabyte gtx 1070 G1 Gaming work well with i5 4590? 

I mean, will it bottleneck?

if you'll play on 1080p60hz you'll not have to worry about bottlenecks, it'll only be an issue on higher resolutions, a few CPU intensive games might limit the frames per second a bit but nothing that should stop you from acquiring this GPU which will be a safe bet for 1080p future-proofness.

yep i will continue playing on 1080p60hz , so will i be able to play for atleast 2 years at ultra settings?

Probably not, but it'll still be a solid experience, if you think you'll be able to upgrade here in 2 years for better stuff its still a good way to go just don't hope being able to crank all on max in 2018 even on 1080p using a 4th gen cpu and a 1060.

It will bottleneck in certain scenarios, but not massively. In well optimized games you should be golden.
