help CPU Fans spin, no Boot

So I just switched cases and transfered everything. After some minor issues everything worked just fine but this morning I installed some extra fans and now I can't start it up. The CPU fans spin but there are no lights (no fan lights, no powerbutton light, the light on the gpu is also not lit)

What could cause this? I've read it could be a dead cpu but I did not do anything with it.

 

I already tried to drain the power by holding the power button

yes they worked last night and I did not touch them at all

your psu fan is spinning it should?
