I've already tried the ram slots and removing the ram. I have an arctic alpine 11 pro rev 2

have you heard the "click" sound after putting the ram?

btw, why do you have a H board with a K processor? you should get a Z board for OC because you wasted some your money...

All the fans spin. I've researched this and tried pretty much everything: remove gpu, check cpu and pins, re-install ram, make sure everything is well plugged in, taking power plug to psu out and holding the power button for a minute, removing cmos battery... apparently the computer isn't booting as my keyboard or devices don't recieve any signal. Why me :(

Note: Also shuts down after a few mins of spinning its fans

Build - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/LrG62R

Everything from CeX is second hand btw.

i7 6700k - https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SCPUINTI76700K#.WGegcZKkG1k - was £205 at the time of purchase (was cheaper than an i7 6700 which is now £10 cheaper haha)

both sticks of ram - https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SMEM8G2133#.WGehFpKkG1k - £25 each

ssd - https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SSSDSANXP480GG25#.WGehjpKkG1k - £90

pls help daddy i've wanted to build this for ages

Thanks in advance

i7 6700k was cheaper than a i7 6700, and as much as i can push the ram it doesn't go any further so i guess it's in?

its not if you didnt hear any "click" sound. Yesterday happened to me the same thing, my computer restarts all the time, fans were working etc but it only restarts so i checked if my ram are fine or not, and they werent.

if you hear sound from motherboard your motherboard is okay then you should try something very risky,

put finger on your cpu and then turn on computer and wait for 4 second then emediatly turn off.

If your cpu is heating your cpu is fine.

I don't know how much is this safe but..........

wait and see what others say if they agree with me than go for it.

maybe before it try to send us some pics of build.

I don't think i can push the ram any further into the slot, as far as i know i haven't heard a noticable 'click'.

you should place ram correctly and be aware of small blank space on ram and place it correctly into ram slot.
